What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Our parcels are delivered by PostNL or one of PostNL’s foreign partners.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Orders that have been placed before 15:00 will be sent the same day. When your package is dispatched you will receive a track and trace code.
Normally it takes 1 – 2 days for your package to arrive in the Netherlands or Belgium. In the rest of the EU the processing tim can vary up tot 2 weeks.
Worldwide shipment:
The transmission time for a shipment with an international destination can be affected by the time it takes for the customs authorities to process the shipment. The processing time can vary from 1 to 4 weeks

The safety & well being of our employees and customers we serve is our top priority. Although we are doing our best to make sure Covid-19 doesn’t effect our order processing times, you might still experience slight delays due to flight operations, lockdowns or situations beyond our control.
Will I be charged customs and import duties?

The safety & well being of our employees and customers we serve is our top priority. Although we are doing our best to make sure Covid-19 doesn’t effect our order processing times, you might still experience slight delays due to flight operations, lockdowns or situations beyond our control.
As all our orders are shipped from the Netherlands, you may be susceptible to local taxes an import custom duties. Taxes and Custom Duties will be charged as your package reaches the destination country.
You as the customer, are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.
The grand total of your order as displayed on the checkout does not include any local taxes or additional duties required. The carrier will inform you of any additional duties if required.
Unfortunately, Electric Athletics has no control over customs and import tax and we can’t tell you exactly how much you will be charged.
If you do not pay the fees, your package will be returned to Electric Athletics and we will refund you the cost of the order (a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund).
If you’re unsure on whether you’ll be subject to customs fees, we’d recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

How do I place an Order?
Placing an order is done in just a few steps:
- find your desired Electric Athletics item in the shop
- select your size and click ” add to cart”
- proceed to checkout via the checkout button
- fill in your billing/shipping details
- double check to ensure all details and items in your cart are correct
- select the desired payment option and click place order
- you will receive an order confirmation via the e-mail address you’ve entered earlier.
Do I need an account to place an order?
